Our philosophy has always been to provide wholesome, hearty and homely meals that family and friends can share together.
We source ingredients from local suppliers in and around Sydney, and regional areas, and our recipes are all hand made and packaged in our Bronte Kitchen.
We do not follow food trends or fads.
We have always embraced the slow food movement in the way we operate our business, engage with our customers, form relationships with our suppliers and respect our employees.
Slow Food’s primary missions are to “prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions, counteract the rise of fast food and fast life, combat people’s dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from and how our food choices affect the world around us”.
It is with this in mind, we choose to ever improve and develop our relationships with our communities.
